Tokyo Olympics 2020: PV Sindhu To Get 30 Lakh Cash Reward From Andhra CM

The 26-year-old has become the second Indian athlete to clinch two individual Olympic medals.

She had won silver at the Rio Olympics in 2016.

PV Sindhu used to train for two and a half hours, six days of the week to prepare for Olympics 2021.

Sindhu’s diet is focused primarily on control of weight, hydration and the recovery system through protein-rich foods.

She eats milk, eggs and fruits for breakfast.

She eats rice daily both for lunch and dinner along with vegetables. She prefers rich with chicken during tournaments. She avoids junk food completely but likes to gorge on fast food like cakes, pastries, ice cream and chocolates post matches.

Last year, it was reported that World Champion shuttler PV Sindhu will be featured in a sports series titled The A-Game. This would mark her OTT platform debut. Read more about it. 

In 2018, she made it to the Forbes List Of 30 Under 30 Asia list. The Hyderabad-based badminton player has also laid the foundation of her own badminton academy in Chennai. Read more
