A Part Of Me Has Gone With You Appa, Says Sudhaa Chandran On Her Father's Death

KD Chandran passes away: Veteran actor KD Chandran, who appeared in movies like Koi Mil Gaya and China Gate passed away on Sunday. His daughter, actor and dancer Sudha Chandran penned down a note in his memory.

On Sunday, actor KD Chandran died due to a cardiac arrest resulting from advanced kidney problems at the age of 84. He was admitted at a hospital in Mumbai on May 12. A hospital source told PTI, "He had kidney problems. He passed away today morning due to advanced kidney issues that led to a cardiac arrest."

Sudhaa Chandran took to Instagram handle to pen down a note in the memory of her deceased father. "Good Bye Appa...till we meet again," she began. She then continued with, "So proud to be Ur daughter....I promise you that I wil follow Ur principles Nd experience Nd Ur values til the last breath of my life". "Bt I must confess a part of me hs gone with you Appa...Ravi Nd Sudha LV u to eternity," she added. "Prayers to god that I shld b born as Ur daughter again. Om shanti," Chandran said as she concluded the note.

Condolence messages

Actor Aashka Goradia Goble conveyed her condolence message through her comment. She said, "Condolences and prayers Sudhaji. You always talked very fondly of your father. I am so sorry for your loss".

Similarly, actor Adaa Khan wrote, "M so so so sorry. Pls stay strong. Prayers to u".

TV actor Mouli Ganguly said, "I am so sorry to hear this Sudhaji. May his soul rest in peace and may God give strength to you and raviji ji. Om Shanti".

Among other prominent celebrities who sent their best wishes were Divyanka Tripathi, Charul Malik and Jaswir Kaur.

KD Chandran acted in movies like Tere Mere Sapne, Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega etc. Earlier this month, Sudhaa celebrated his birthday and took to her Instagram handle to wish him. She has appeared in shows like Ishq Mein Marjwan, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Bepannah Pyaar etc.
