Haryana CM Khattar Directs All Primary And Middle Schools To Close

The primary and middle schools in Harayana are directed to be closed by the Chief Minister due to the surge in the Covid 19 cases.

Primary and middle schools close in Haryana: Chief Minister of Haryana announces that the primary and middle schools of the state will be closed till April 30 due to the spike in the number of Covid 19 cases.

After the Chief Minister of the national capital Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal announced that the schools of Delhi will remain closed keeping in the rising number of Covid 19 cases, the Haryana CM has taken a similar step. The primary and middle schools of Haryana are going to be closed till April 30 2021 due to the surge in the number of Covid 19 cases being detected in Haryana.

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar made some very important announcements to the media. these announcements were made in the eighth meeting of the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA). The Chief Minister of Haryana said that his government is keeping a close eye on the Covid 19 cases. Currently, the state of Haryana has around 17000 active cases of Covid 19.

The Chief Minister informed the press that the Prime Minister of the country, PM Narendra Modi held a press conference with all the chief ministers of all states and union territories. He further said that the PM has given certain directions to proceed.

CM Khattar also said that they will be dealing with this very strictly on basis of different cities. Certain things like social distancing, using masks, sanitization, reduce gatherings are going to be looked after by the government very strictly. He further instructed that the primary and middle schools will be closed till April 30 due to the above-mentioned announcements.

The Haryana CM also mentioned that the normal life of the people must continue without engaging in any panic. COVID-19 affected patients are continuously being identified by the Haryana government and their treatment is being done. Most of the detected patients are being isolated at home with certain exceptions. The patients who are critical are being taken to the hospital. He also assured everyone to remain calm and avoid panic as the arrangements in the hospitals are ready.

CM Khatter further added, "I am completely confident that with all these arrangements, the way in which we had controlled the situation earlier, we will control the situation again."
