When they attempted to speak with her, Sub Inspector Ramesh Chandra Belwal claimed they discovered she was unable to do so in either Hindi or English. She was only speaking Telugu.

He stated that they assured her that she would be reunited with her family through gestures. They gave her some refreshments and used Google Translate to figure out what she was attempting to communicate.

According to NDTV, the woman's relatives were in Sonprayag and were concerned about her being discovered when they called the number she gave us. The woman was driven to Sonprayag to be reunited with her family after a vehicle was organised, the police said.

Technology rescued a woman in a similar situation from the previous year, helping her to survive. A woman was brutally buried alive in the woods in Washington, USA, by her husband. She used her smartwatch to call 911 before the burial, alerting the authorities to the situation.

The Washington 911 centre received a call from a distressed woman screaming for assistance, but they could only make out a muffled voice. The woman was trying to talk, but it seemed as though her lips were taped, and she could only make noises. The department located her house and arrived there, but they had no idea what was going on. The seven-minute conversation was purportedly made by Young An, a 42-year-old woman who had been kidnapped and restrained by her estranged husband in order to be killed.

Another user recently praised his Series 7 Apple Watch for sending him an alert that prevented a severe internal haemorrhage from killing him. Multiple alerts for a racing pulse were received by the user, so he phoned his doctor and scheduled a brief video chat session to determine what might be wrong. The doctor then examined him while he was on the phone, asked him about his symptoms, and checked his vital signs, including his pulse and oxygen level. He was later diagnosed with GI bleeding after tests revealed the condition. He was in critical condition, and if help hadn't arrived in time, he would have passed away during his brief snooze.
