“Ocean’s” franchise lovers will be able to feast on another of its power-packed spin-offs. Come summer 2018 and you will be able to see a brand new ‘all-women’ Ocean’s 8 — the ultimate girls movie, starring Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Sarah Paulson, Rihanna, Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter, Mindy Kaling and Awkwafina.
Actress Rihanna shared a sneak peek on social media, spilling the beans that it’s time women gear up to take the world for a ride.

The pop princess instagrammed on Monday sharing a teaser picture, captioning ‘First looQ at #Oceans8 …. Coming summer 2018’.
The official Ocean’s 8 cast photo takes us to the New York city subway where the ladies are calmly sitting, making us wonder what would come next.
Though the plot-line is still a mystery, Warner Bros. put out a teaser: “the tide will turn as Debbie Ocean (SANDRA BULLOCK) attempts to pull off the heist of the century at New York City’s star-studded annual Met Gala. Her first stop is to assemble the perfect crew…”
The all-female cast will take over from the earlier “Ocean’s” franchise in which George Clooney and Brad Pitt led the group.
With an A-list female-fronted cast, the film looks set to be a blockbuster. Director of “Seabiscuit”, “The Hunger Games” and “Free State of Jones”, Gary Ross is directing the film from a screenplay he wrote with Olivia Milch, with Steven Soderbergh and Jon Kilik producing.
The male-dominated Ocean’s Eleven (2001) was a big hit and a remake of the ’60s Rat Pack caper comedy of the same name. The successful kickass film was followed by Ocean’s Twelve and Ocean’s Thirteen. The crime movie series has grossed over $1.1 billion worldwide.
“Ocean’s 8” hits theatres on June 8, 2018.
