Bhiwani Gangrape: A 16-year-old girl was found to be in the second month of pregnancy. She later alleged to her parents that she had been gangraped for the past six months by seven men.

The Bhiwani police have now arrested all the seven accused persons and have booked them under section 376DA, gangrape punishment where the survivor is under 16 years of age, Criminal intimidation section 506 of the IPC and section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POSCO).

The survivor was taken to a hospital as she was feeling sick and after running some medical tests the doctors found out that the girl was pregnant for the last two months. She accused seven people of committing the crime on her repeatedly for the past six months. The accused persons also allegedly threatened the girl that if she ever reveals this to her family, they will set her on fire.

Two of the seven accused persons are the survivor's neighbours and a grocery shop owner named Satyanarayan and his son. Two of the accused persons are aged 52 and 53 and while the other two are 30 and 35 years old.

The SHO of Bhiwani Kheda, Ravindra Kumar said," The victim used to buy groceries from the Satyanarayan's shop. The incident took place in the shop. A case has been registered and the accused will be arrested soon."
