These famous Indian celebrities moms expanded their family when they gave birth to their children in 2021. Some of these mothers are new to motherhood and gave birth to their first child, while some already have children and are ready to add a new member to the family and embrace another child.

1. Anushka Sharma

Actor and producer Anushka Sharma and her husband, cricketer Virat Kohli announced that they were expecting their first child on August 27, 2020. On January 11 2021 Sharma have birth to their daughter, Vamika. Kohli shared the good news on Twitter.

Anushka Sharma made her acting debut in the movie Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, and is known for her roles in movies such as Band Baaja Baarat, Dil Dhadakne Do, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, PK and Sanju. Sharma was also the executive producer in the series Paatal Lok and produced the horror film Bulbbul.

2. Kareena Kapoor Khan

Actors Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan announced that they were expecting their second child together on August 12, 2020. Their son Taimur was born in December 2016. Kapoor gave birth to her second son on February 21, 2021. Saif Ali Khan released a statement thanking well-wishers. The statement read, “We have been blessed with a baby boy. Mom and baby are safe and healthy. Thank you to our well wishers for their love and support.”

Kareena Kapoor Khan made her acting debut in the war film Refugee and is known for her role in films like Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham…, Jab We Met, Talaash: The Answer Lies Within, Udta Punjab, Veere Di Wedding, and Good Newwz. 3. Anita Hassanandani

Actor Anita Hassanandani and her husband Rohit Reddy announced that they were expecting a child on October 10, 2020 via Instagram video. On February 9, 2021 Hassanandani gave birth to their son, Aaravv Reddy. They announced the news on February 22, 2021 using a clip they posted on Instagram.

Anita Hassanandani primarily works in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil films and television series. She is known for her role as Anjali in Kkavyanjali, Shagun Arora in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, and Vishakha Khanna in Naagin, seasons 3, 4, and 5.
