In a recent episode, the actor expressed her plans to review the CCTV footage from her home to identify the party attendees in her absence. During a conversation, she mentioned Jain and speculated, "He must be going to sleep now, after partying." Agreeing with another contestant, Abhishek Kumar, Ankita said, "I also feel like he must be partying a lot. No one is even allowed at my house. I will watch the entire recording after going back to see who all came."

Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain tied the knot in December 2021, with celebrations and grand receptions following their wedding. They renewed their vows the following year.
