Valentine's Day Gift From Taylor Swift: Taylor Swift took to Twitter on Friday and released a new version of her 2008 hit song Love Story, just ahead of Valentine's Day.

The song is called Love Story (Taylor's Version). Fans were first teased about the new edition of Fearless in December. "My new version of Love Story (Taylor’s Version) is out now," she wrote on social media on February 12.

On Thursday, she said that her Grammy-winning second album Fearless: Taylor’s Version is finished and “will be with you soon.” She also mentioned that it will feature re-recorded songs from Swift’s sophomore album, Fearless.

This is a special gift from the 31-year-old singer-songwriter to her fans who were patiently waiting for a Valentine's Day surprise.

In a lengthy post on Thursday, Swift mentioned that she will re-release six songs that didn't make the original cut. "I've decided I want you to have the whole story, see the entire vivid picture, and let you into the entire dreamscape that is my 'Fearless' album," the Folklore singer said.

These songs, according to Swift, are "Written when I was betweeN the ages of 16 and 18, these were the ones it killed me to leave behind."

"This process has been more fulfilling and emoTional than I could've imagined and has made me even more determined to re-record all of my music. I hope you'll like this first outing as much as I like traveling back in time to recreate it," the 10-time Grammy winner added.

The year 2019 was dominated by Swift, who was announced as the world’s highest-paid entertainer by the annual Forbes Celebrity 100 list.
