Her drunk cab driver repeatedly called her, even after her ride was over; she wrote about it on social media. She added that the driver had initially run off with her luggage and had only returned an hour later as a result of her friend's intervention.
Javed tweeted, "Had the worst experience with @UberINSupport @Uber in Delhi. I reserved a cab for 6 hours, stopped for lunch on the way to the airport, and the driver left the car while my luggage was still inside. The driver returned after an hour, completely drunk, thanks to my male friend's interference." Additionally, she provided information about the driver and the ride, which she said cost her more than Rs 2,000.

She also uploaded a video about her encounter to her Instagram stories. Additionally, she wrote in her Instagram stories. "Uber India, please take action to ensure our safety! Today was the worst ever. Like how the driver left with my luggage and returned two hours later."

She revealed that the driver stole half of the items from her luggage in another Instagram story. She penned, "So the @uber_india driver stole half of my stuff when he vanished with it. I just opened my luggage and found out. @uber_india says they can't do anything except being sorry. You can't do anything about the fact that your driver was intoxicated when he came, stole my luggage, disappeared with it, drunk called me 16 times, and verbally abused me. Also no compensation guys. :) bhai Uber ladkiyo kya ladko k liye bhi safe nahi (sic)."
Uber Responds To Uorfi Javed's Complaint:
Uber responded to Uorfi Javed's criticism. They claimed that her complaint had been forwarded to the relevant department. "We've alerted our worried team to this problem. The company promised that one of our safety team members would contact you as soon as possible." Uber also claimed to have a zero-tolerance approach to drug and alcohol use.
