American comedy-drama Ted Lasso is expected to be renewed for its third season in Summer 2022 on AppleTV as the show is reported to start production in February 2022. The show revolves around the story of an inexperienced American Football coach who is hired to train struggling English Soccer Team AFC Richmond. Ted Lasso will soon begin its production in February 2022 for the third season of the series. The show is expected to air its third season around Summer 2022 on AppleTV, however, the exact dates are still unclear. The series stars actors Jason Sudeikis, Hannah Waddingham and Brenden Hunt among others.
Creator and show-star Jason Sudeikis revealed earlier that the show had always been destined to be a three-season series. However, the details of the new season are still ambiguous. Sudeikis has kept his cast in the dark as well regarding the third season. Speaking in an interview, actor Toheeb Jimoh revealed that he tried to get information out of Sudeikis but to no avail.
Ted Lasso Season 3 Cast
Main actors of Ted Lasso are expected to return in its third season. Actors including Jason Sudeikis, Hannah Waddingham, Brenden Hunt, Brett Goldstein, Toheeb Jimoh, Juno Temple, Jeremy Swift, Phil Dunster, Cristo Fernandez and Nick Mohammed are expected to return in Ted Lasso Season 3 cast to renew their respective roles.
Actors Kola Bokinni, Isaac McAdoo, David Elsendoorn, Anthony Head and Annette Badland are also expected to return as the supporting cast in the series. Creator Bill Lawrence confirmed that actors James Lance as Trent Crimm and Sarah Niles as Sports psychologist Sharon will also have significant roles in Season 3.
“Both of them have significant roles next year,” he mentioned earlier referring to the third season.
