Hospital Playlist Season 2: The first-ever teaser for the long-awaited sequel of the K-drama has been unveiled. The drama follows the life of five doctors who met when they were in medical school and have been friends since then.

The first season of the Hospital Playlist showed us an insight into the lives of five busy doctors played by Jeon Mi Do, Jo Jeong Suk, Yoo Yeon Seok, Jung Kyung Ho, and Kim Dae Myung. After much delay owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, the teaser for Hospital Playlist Season 2 is finally out. The teaser begins with yet another dramatic music and shows the original characters of Song Hwa, Ik Jun, Jung Won, Jun Wan, and Seok Hyung.
In season 1, working in the same hospital, they face different challenges and hardships but their unchanging bond and friendship tell a heartwarming story that rises above the complicated situations. Fans are captivated by the realistic situation and the script.
Written by Lee Woo Jung and directed by Shin Won Ho, the drama gained a lot of attention and was a huge success both in South Korea and internationally. Season 1 was aired in March 2020 as a Netflix Original Series and became the most viewed series in South Korea on Netflix.
In the trailer we see scenes of the doctors eating ramyeon while hanging out. We also see them in their doctor attires as they perform surgeries and reassure the families of patients. The short teaser shows the happy moments as well as the struggles the doctors will be facing.
The production team of the drama said that they will try to tell another heartwarming and sincere story using realistic everyday life situations. Hospital Playlist Season 2 will be released on Netflix in June 2021.
