Parker captioned the photo, “Together again”, adding that the actors just read through the first new episodes “alongside all the fellas and our newest cast members. Like an ice cream sundae.”

The snapshot has made fans wanting for more. On Friday morning, Parker also shared a photo from the first official table read of And Just Like That... with a picture of her name card, the script, and a mask. "1st Table Read. Got here way too early. Nerves all a wonderful jumble," the actor wrote.

The revival of the HBO popular show was first announced in January. It is being dubbed “a new chapter” of the franchise as the characters explore the ups and downs of friendship and life. The leads Parker, Davis and Nixon will be reprising their signature roles as Carrie, Charlotte and Miranda, respectively. From the original leads in the hit drama, which aired between 1998 to 2004, Kim Cattrall who played the role of Samantha Jones will not return to reprise her role. Grey’s Anatomy alum Sara Ramirez also joins the cast as non-binary and queer stand-up comedian Che Diaz. Read all about it here.

The new reboot series will feature 10 episodes that will be half an hour long each. As per the official statement, the trio will “navigate the journey from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s.” Yes, you heard it right! Carrie, Charlotte and Miranda will resume their journey, but this time through their 50’s. Davis will act as executive producers along with director Michael Patrick King, Parker, Nixon. The trailer of the series doesn’t reveal much and just shows shots of New York City. Earlier sharing a trailer, Parker had written, "I couldn’t help but wonder... where are they now?"
