Sara Ali Khan Instagram post for Amrita Singh: As the veteran actress Amrita Singh turns 63, her daughter Sara Ali Khan sends warm wishes to her dear mother. On the account of her birthday, Sara confessed that she wants to stay with her mother for the rest of her life, even after getting married.

The mother-daughter duo is very close. Sara Ali Khan wrote a poem dedicated to her mother on Instagram which read, "...My anchor, my inspiration, the magician that takes away all tension. She has cures for mood swings, hair-fall, dry skin and water retention."

She further added, "Her versatility, commitment, patience, and selflessness is beyond my comprehension. With her around no sadness lasts, no fear persists there can’t be much apprehension- Basically without contention, no need to even mention, mommy is best in every dimension."

Khan has also mentioned taking her mom with her after getting married in various interviews. Similarly, even today the star takes out time from her busy schedule to be there for her mother.

Sara Ali Khan took to Instagram to share pictures with her mother Amrita Singh and brother Ibrahim Ali Khan. She wrote "Happy Birthday to my whole world 🌎 💝🥇 Thank you for being my mirror, strength and inspiration. 🤰👩🏻‍🍼🙋🏻‍♀️👩‍👧👯‍♀️ I lo-blue the most 🦋🧿💙".

In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar India in 2019, Sara said, "I intend to live with my mother for the rest of my life. She gets upset when I say that because she has this whole marriage plan for me, but she can also come with me no, what's the problem?"

On Nepotism

Sara Ali Khan has also openly talked about the privilege that comes with being a celebrity kid and has accepted and acknowledged the existence of nepotism in Bollywood. She said, "I definitely believe that knowing people in the industry does help. That’s not a fact that I can run away from. I’ve often admitted to the fact that the biggest advantage of nepotism is that we have easy access to people."
