Dil Bechara Fame Sanjana Sanghi To Be Seen In New Film With Aditya Roy Kapur

Actor Sanjana Sanghi is going to come back on screens with her new film Om: The Battle Within along with Aditya Roy Kapur. Sanghi was last seen in the popular film Dil Bechara alongside late actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

The teaser trailer of the Aditya Roy Kapur starrer was released on April 28. While the male lead was seen getting engaged in some hardcore action sequences, Sanghi was nowhere to be seen. This will be the first film in which Aditya Roy Kapur will play an action hero. In one of the sequences in the trailer, Kapur was heard saying "rakht rahe ya na rahe rashtra rahega" Till the last drop of my blood, I will protect my nation. The film is expected to have a patriotic hero in Aditya Roy Kapur, Sanghi's role is not confirmed yet by the makers. The film is set to release in theatres on July 1, 2022.

The film has been directed by Kapil Verma and it is the first film he has directed in Hindi language. Production houses, Zee Studios and Paper Doll Entertainment have bankrolled the film. Apart from Sanjana Sanghi and Aditya Roy Kapur, the film will also have Abudhar Al Hassan as part of the cast. Further details of the same are awaited.

Om: The Battle Within is one of many patriotic films released in recently where the male lead is seen engaged in fighting scenes and somehow saves his country from the ever-present threats. Recent entries in the genre were Bell Bottom, Shershaah, Bhuj: The Pride of India among many others.
