Veteran actor Saira Banu, who shares a deep bond with Shah Rukh Khan and considers him like a son, used her Instagram Stories on Sunday to extend birthday wishes to Gauri Khan, the renowned producer and interior designer, as she turned 53.

Banu reminisced about Gauri Khan’s transformation from a lively and youthful wife to an elegant, hardworking, and trendsetting personality. Alongside a captivating picture of Khan, Banu conveyed her warm wishes and shared the common experience of being married to superstars. She wrote, "We both share the remarkable experience of being a superstar's spouse. The way you handle this precious feeling truly resonates with me. It brings back memories of my time with Dilip Sahib."
She also expressed gratitude to Gauri and Shah Rukh for their unwavering support during both good and challenging times, emphasising their presence during her husband's final moments.
Banu had previously stated on Instagram that if she had a son, he would have resembled Shah Rukh Khan, who had always been a comforting presence for her, especially after the demise of Dilip Kumar. She noted her initial impression of Khan, likening his shyness to that of her late husband, Dilip Kumar, and commented on their striking resemblance.
Meanwhile, a few days ago, Gauri Khan created a buzz on the Internet by sharing another impressive family portrait, likely taken for her coffee table book titled My Life in Design. The new photograph showcases Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri, along with their children Aryan, Suhana, and AbRam.
