Ranveer Singh is in the news constantly once again, but not for his attire. His recent photographs from a photo shoot for a magazine cover, where he posed naked, are making waves everywhere. Fans were happily surprised to see Singh's look in the recently released pictures. He also faced heavy trolling on social media.

The photoshoot was for a magazine and it pays homage to Burt Reynolds' well-known photo shoot from 1972. The actor can be seen posing on a Turkish rug without any clothes. He adopted several poses after being inspired by Burt Reynolds' naked cover photo. In the interview with the magazine, Singh discusses his movies, his style, and his general comfort level with being naked.

His nude photographs made the news and sparked a discussion on social media. Some people criticised him for what he did, some applauded him for his confidence, and others compared him to other celebrities who had previously posed nude. A couple of them remarked that Singh appeared to be Milind Soman-inspired. Vijay Devarakonda

The South Indian actor going to make his Bollywood debut with Ananya Panday in Liger had recently broke the internet. It was because of a poster of the film which had Devarakonda posing with just a bouquet of roses hiding his private parts. The picture started to trend all around and fans were seen calling Devarakonda sexiest man on the internet. Many were seen enquiring about the reason behind this nudity, it was later explained that the picture is part of the film's shoot and might have a significance in the plot.

Milind Soman

Milind Soman, the supermodel in India who later became an actor, posted a photo of himself running naked on a beach in celebration of his 55th birthday. The nude picture of the model turned actor made a lot of headlines. However, it also caused controversy and, subsequently, an FIR was registered against him. The model and his then-girlfriend, Madhu Sapre, posed naked for the photographers in a 1955 photo shoot for a footwear company.

Aamir Khan

For appearing naked in the film PK (2014), Aamir Khan has been added to the list. He appeared bare-bodied in the scene where he arrives on Earth from an alien world because aliens don't wear clothes. Ranbir Kapoor also appeared to land naked on Earth in the movie's closing scene. Khan claimed that the "powerful script" was the reason he chose to go all-out for PK. He made countless headlines as the movie's poster generated a lot of buzzes.

John Abraham

John Abraham went nude for his role in the film New York, which featured a scenario in which he was tortured in jail and beaten by police while wearing nothing. The movie premiered in 2009.

Ranbir Kapoor 

The actor was seen showing his posterior in his film Besharam (2013). In a shower scene, Kapoor could be seen baring himself in front of the camera. In fact, this was not the first time that the actor went all out for his character. In his debut film, Saawariya, he was seen dancing half naked with a towel. The scene turned out to be a treat for his female fans and it was also unusual as male actors barely gave such scenes in movies at the time.
