Popular YouTuber and motivational speaker Ranveer Allahbadia, widely known as “Beer Biceps,” recently shared a terrifying incident on Instagram. On Christmas Eve, he and his girlfriend narrowly escaped a life-threatening underwater current at a beach in Goa.
Ranveer Allahbadia And Girlfriend Survive Near-Death Experience in Goa
The incident occurred around 6:00 PM when the pair went for what seemed like a casual swim in the open ocean. Despite being an experienced swimmer, Ranveer revealed that the powerful current left him and his girlfriend struggling to stay afloat.
“This has happened to me before, but I’ve never been alongside a companion,” Ranveer explained in his post. He highlighted how challenging it was to save someone else while trying to escape the current himself. “It’s easy to swim out of one alone. It’s very hard to pull someone out with you,” he shared.
As the situation worsened, the duo signalled for help. They were rescued by a nearby family of five, which included an IPS officer and his IRS officer wife. Ranveer described the critical moment when he began to lose hope. “There was a point during the ordeal where I swallowed a lot of water and started fading away a little bit. That’s when I decided to shout for help,” he said.
Ranveer expressed deep gratitude to their rescuers, calling the experience life-changing. “We felt the protection of God throughout the incident. Almost feel like this one life experience has changed my perspective towards living,” he wrote.
Rumoured Relationship with Nikki Sharma
While Ranveer did not mention Nikki Sharma by name in his post, fans believe she was his companion during the ordeal. Rumours of their relationship have been circulating since earlier this year, with fans noticing their shared Instagram posts hinting at a connection.
Nikki Sharma is known for her work in TV shows like Sasural Simar Ka and Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyaya Shiv Shakti.
