Popular American singer LeToya Luckett and her entrepreneur husband Tommicus Walker have decided to end their marriage. The 39-year-old former member of Destiny's Child announced on Monday on Instagram. Three years ago in 2017, the two got engaged and married. They have two children.

What did the announcement say?
"After very prayerful consideration, Tommicus and I have decided to get a divorce," she shared. "It is my deepest desire for us to be loving co-parents and keep a peaceful environment out of respect for our children."
Luckett concluded her statement: "Please understand our need for privacy. Thank you in advance for your prayers, support & space to heal as we treat through this challenging time."'
In the second photo, the "She Ain't Got..." singer, posted a family photo of herself, Walker, 40, and her two little ones. "Love always," read the caption of the tweet, with an emoticon of a red broken heart.
What did Walker say?
Walker added pictures to the post, as Luckett did, both featuring him and the singer happily cuddling up with each other. He wrote: "LeToya and I have decided to divorce," "This was a very difficult decision."
"Committed to our family as co-parents, privacy and the safety of our children." "We happily remain committed as caring friends with great love and respect for one another," "We ask in advance for our kindness and sensitivity in the coming months."
The singer's fans came out to support her on social media. Even many of her peers took to her Instagram and sent love to her.
