Lavanya Tripathi, Varun Tej's Wedding Festivities

The pre-wedding celebrations commenced with a spirited cocktail party on October 30. The couple's festivities kicked off with a sophisticated black-tie cocktail party held at the charming Borgo San Felice Resort in Tuscany, Italy. This event served as the opening ceremony for their three-day celebration.

On October 31, both the bride and groom's families celebrated the haldi ceremony, followed by a lively pool party for the mehendi ceremony.

The newlyweds also hosted their reception with a 'Glitz & Glam' theme. A noteworthy guest list, included Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, Pawan Kalyan, and others.

Lavanya Tripathi Varun Tej Engagement

The couple got engaged on June 9 in Hyderabad in the presence of their family and close friends. The couple also shared pictures from their engagement ceremony on their Instagram profiles. Making it official, Varun wrote, "Found my Lav." While she captioned the post, "2016 to infinity. Found my forever." The pictures on Instagram feature a greyscale close-up of their engagement rings. For the ceremony, Varun wore an ivory kurta-pyjama set, while Lavanya chose a green saree, with her hair tied in a bun adorned with a gajra.

The ceremony was also attended by Allu Arjun, Ram Charan and wife Upasana Konidela and Varun’s uncle actor Chiranjeevi among others.

The couple reportedly met on the sets of the 2017 movie Mister and eventually fell in love. They also starred in the film Antariksh 9000 kmph.
