In her memoir, she opened up about various private incidents of her life, including abortion and sexual abuse by a family friend.

Sait, whose brother is popular comedian Danish Sait, has exuded this raw, vulnerable yet careful speaker energy in all her interviews; she commands the room she is in. The actor has made powerful statements that leave us in awe of her.

While talking to a media house Kubbra mentioned how she was also propositioned for work in the Bollywood industry by some people. She mentioned that people make advances under various pretexts even when it was a clear NO, from her side.

“My choice was about me. Sometimes helping yourself can be hard. But it is ok. You have to do it,”

In her memoir, Kubbra Sait, opened up about some really private incidents of her life. In one of the chapters in her book, which is titled ‘I Wasn’t Ready to Be a Mother’, the Sacred Games actor shared how she went through an abortion after a one-night stand. Without sugar coating her experience but presenting it as it is she added that she felt like a “terrible human being” because of that choice she had made.

Sait could be seen on her socials practising self-love very frequently. From having yoga sessions on valentine's day as herself-date to taking herself on numerous solo trips, she provides her fans with a glimpse of self-love from time to time.

 Kubbra had made very difficult choices in her life. From leaving a well-settled career in Dubai to moving to Mumbai to find her passion for acting, she did what she found right for herself. This decision of making conscious choices for herself tuned her character into respecting everyone and their choices.

On equality

“In the world, we live in, where we say we need equality, we don't think highly of ourselves. We don't give much importance to ourselves. We are cheerleaders of equality, but how much do we believe in it? Because if you do, then you will be the voice of change,”
