Don't you love watching the clumsy female lead accidentally tripping and landing in the arms of the male lead? Don't you love the ramen dates, the shoe-lace tying and amusement park strolls? Apparently, all K-drama lovers adore such little heart-fluttering moments that leave them giggling and blushing. Though you have to wait for at least 10 episodes before you see the main couple kissing, there's one thing that you don't have to wait for and that is the list of upcoming K-dramas. If you were also thinking of updating your watchlist for the month of April, here are some must-add shows releasing soon.

Korean Dramas April 2023

Dr Romantic Season 3

Season 3 of this popular romance medical drama will soon be released. The show follows a team of doctors working at a rundown hospital who save the lives of people in the countryside under Dr Kim. The new season will see the cast from season 2 returning as they take up new roles. Ahn Hyo-seop's Seo Woo-jin will be shown as a senior doctor now and fans are looking forward to seeing his romantic chemistry with Lee Sung-kyung's Cha Eun-jae. The new season releases on April 28.

Stealer: The Treasure Keeper

Starring Joo Won, Jo Han-Chul, Lee Joo-won and Business Proposal fame Lee Deok-Hwa in pivotal roles, this upcoming K-drama is about a government official who is suspected of being an ally of a notorious thief of cultural properties. To prove his innocence and find the thief, he joins a recovery team and together they fight off such criminals who escape the law. The show releases on April 12.

Paper Moon

This upcoming K-drama will star Kim Seo-hyung as a homemaker with an indifferent husband and mundane life. She has all the comforts in life but she doesn't find her daily life amusing. In order to go out and do something different for herself, she joins a bank and soon starts gaining her confidence back as she works there. However, she soon starts stealing money from her clients and is trapped in a vicious fate. The show also stars Lee Si-woo, Lee Chun-hee and Yoo Sun and releases on April 10.

Bo-ra! Deborah

This upcoming romance comedy will star Yoo In-na and Yoon Hyun-min in lead roles. The show is about a popular romance novel and dating expert and her grumpy publisher who has a very different approach to love. Despite how opposing their thoughts and beliefs are, the publisher ends up falling for her and that's how a chaotic love story begins. The show will also star Sojin from K-pop group Girls- Day and Junhoe from iKon. The show releases on April 12.

Decoy Part 2

The second part of this exciting crime thriller will dwell on the backstory of the main characters played by Jang Keun-suk, Lee Elijah and Heo Sung-tae. The show is about a notorious swindler who was assumed to be dead eight years ago but turns out to be a suspect in a recent series of murders of his previous victims. The new season will see the story approaching the real culprit while also showing what made each character turn out the way they did that will reveal a lot of secrets. The show releases on April 7.

Family: The Unbreakable Bond

Starring Jang Hyuk, Jang Na-ra and Kim Nam-hee in important roles, this show is about the dual life of a sniper and secret agent who works under the cover of a normal office-going family man. However, his job often leaves him time for his family and his wife, who doesn't know his real identity, and handles the household but is harbouring her own secrets. Their calm life turns upside-down when a suspicious man enters their happily married life. The show releases on April 17.

The Good Bad Mother 

Reply 1988 fame Ra Mi-ran stars as a single mother in this upcoming K-drama who struggles really hard to provide a better upbringing and life to her son. Though her son becomes a prosecutor, their relationship is not very good as she has always been strict with him. However, when he gets amnesia after an accident that takes his mind back to his childhood, the mother-son duo try to redefine their relationship and this time with gentleness. The show premieres on April 26.
