But the Dhoom 3 actor recently dropped her mantra to good health. And as it turns out, it is simpler than we all thought it would be.
“Eat 🍎 , sleep 💤,train 💪🏼 , repeat 🔁” is what the 37-year-old swears by. She shared her wellness mantra on Instagram alongside a picture of herself taking a pause mid-sweat session.

Some Katrina Kaif Fitness Tips That Are Super Easy To Follow
Kaif reportedly keeps at her fitness regime rather religiously, working out every day of the week for at least an hour to three hours daily. Yasmin Karachiwala, celebrity trainer under whom Kaif trains too, has been quoted saying, “Her workout regime differs every day, depending on her schedule. Usually, she does a mix of squats, push-ups, lunges to make her more strong and improve her agility.”
“I usually prefer gym , but ive realized u can get a lot of muscle work through Pilates as well,” Kaif wrote on Instagram in January this year, alongside a video of her training session.
The actor turned entrepreneur last year with the launch of her beauty brand Kay by Katrina. On the film front, Kaif will next be seen in the Rohit Shetty-directed Sooryavanshi, which will also star Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh.
