Nair, born to former actor Radha and Rajasekaran Nair, entered the Telugu film industry with Josh and made her Tamil debut in Ko. Throughout her career, she has appeared in movies like Dammu, Proprietors: Kammath & Kammath, Annakodi, Brindavana, and Brother of Bommali.
In 2017, she ventured into television through Aarambh, essaying the character of Devasena.
Nair's most recent appearance was in the 2021 drama film Backpackers, directed by Jayaraj. Starring Kalidas Jayaram, Renji Panicker, Sabitha Jayaraj, and others, the movie narrates the love story between two cancer patients. Despite its direct release on OTT platforms, the film received negative reviews from both audiences and critics.
