After a successful first season, Panchayat will be back on your screens soon. The release date for Panchayat Season 2 has been officially revealed, and it is May 20. The upcoming season will most likely revolve around Jitendra Kumar's character Abhishek's test preparation as well as a possible love interest in Rinky, Pradhan's daughter, played by Pooja Singh.

Season 1 focuses on an engineering graduate, Abhishek Tripathi, who struggles to find a job related to his education. He finally decides to work as secretary for a panchayat in an isolated village of Uttar Pradesh, Phullera. He is a typical city boy who finds it difficult to cope with the monotony of village life and the difficulties he encounters when dealing with his coworkers and peasants.

Season 1 which also featured Raghubir Yadan and Neena Gupta as Manju focused on her being elected Pradhan of the hamlet but her husband (Yadav). Manju also progresses through the series and starts assuming the position of a pradhan in real life as well. Season 2 is expected to focus on her role as Pradhan, as she fulfils her duties and assumes her own positions.

Gone Kesh

Gone Kesh is a Hindi-language comedy-drama film revolving around Enakshi, a teen who wants to be a dancer but is diagnosed with alopecia, an auto-immune disorder resulting in hair loss. While Shweta Tripathi plays the female lead, Kumar essays the role of shy love interest who adores Enakshi for who she is. The film is available on Amazon Prime Video.

Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan

Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan is a Hindi rom-com featuring Ayushmann Khurrana, Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, Gajraj Rao, and Maanvi Gagroo, others. The film revolves around Khurrana's Kartik and Kumar's Aman: two homosexual partners. Kartik hopes that his passionate romance will melt Aman's family, whereas Aman is a small-town man who fears the very prospect of an ugly confrontation with his family. Chaman Bahaar

The Hindi drama film is based in an Indian village named Lormi, Chhattisgarh. The plot revolves around a local paan store owner and his crush on Rinku (Ritika Badiani) who lives across the street. Kumar was the highlight of the film for the way he captured the mood, and aspects of his character Prem Kumar Yadav aka Billu and integrated it into a small-town setting. Kota Factory

Kota Factory is a Hindi-language web series which is set in Kota, Rajasthan, a popular educational destination known for its coaching centres. The series follows Vaibhav (Mayur More), a 16-year-old who travels to Kota from Itarsi. It depicts student life in the city as well as Vaibhav's efforts to get into IIT after passing the JEE Advanced exam.

The show features other teens who are mentored by Kumar's Jeetu Bhaiya. His mentoring style compels adults to think about their difficulties from a new perspective. His character became popular and the originally The Viral Fever series was renewed for a second season on Netflix.
