The upcoming season will most likely revolve around Jitendra Kumar's character Abhishek's test preparation as well as a possible love interest in Rinky, Pradhan's daughter, played by Pooja Singh.

Season 1 focuses on an engineering graduate, Abhishek Tripathi, who struggles to find a job related to his education. He finally decides to work as secretary for a panchayat in an isolated village of Uttar Pradesh, Phullera. He is a typical city boy who finds it difficult to cope with the monotony of village life and the difficulties he encounters when dealing with his coworkers and peasants.

Season 1 which also featured Raghubir Yadan and Neena Gupta as Manju focused on her being elected Pradhan of the hamlet but her husband (Yadav). Manju also progresses through the series and starts assuming the position of a pradhan in real life as well. Season 2 is expected to focus on her role as Pradhan, as she fulfils her duties and assumes her own positions.
