Hina Khan Shares Her Morning Routine, Shares Recipe For Her Morning Drink

The popular face of Big Boss season 11 Hina Khan often lets her fans a sneak peek into her daily life through her social media. Be it her favourite food, her skincare routine, or her new look, she shares it all on her YouTube channel. Khan is back with another video, and this time, she shares about her morning routine and as a bonus tip for her fans- a recipe for her morning juice!

In the video, Khan shares that at the beginning of the year she decided to to eat healthily and include some healthy juices in her diet since the lockdown made her lazy and indulge in all sorts of junk and unhealthy foods. She mentions that she does some stretching after waking up in the morning. Then, she consumes lukewarm water with some lemon juice in it, which she shared is good for the gut.

Next, she has a cup of bulletproof coffee, which has 1.5 tablespoons of coffee along with a tablespoon of ghee to a cup of hot water. Khan reveals that while it took her some time to get used to the taste, now she cannot do without it. She then moves on to her skincare routine which includes washing her face with a tea tree oil-based face wash followed by a serum. By then, it is time for breakfast and she goes on to share the recipe of her morning juice.

Here’s the recipe: You will need a beetroot, a carrot, a frozen banana, ½ cup Water, an apple, and 2 tbsp soaked chia seeds for extra fibre. Chop all these ingredients and blend them to get a thick juicy consistency. Stir and pour, and it's ready!
