Here's Why Tamannaah Bhatia Chose To Make Her Digital Debut With 'November Story'

Actor Tamannaah Bhatia spoke about her upcoming crime thriller web series November Story in an interview. She opened up about her "short attention span", and that she doesn't fall in the bracket of a "typical web consumer."

"Pre-Covid, I was listening to (the scripts of) a lot of web shows because I was interested in exploring the webspace. But I'm not your typical web consumer because I have a very short attention span," she said.

Tamannaah Bhatia added that if she is watching a web series, she has the habit of either shutting it in 15 minutes or finish watching the whole thing. She then said that this helps her with her work. "It helps my work as well because it should be able to hold my attention as a viewer before I can make anyone else go through it," she said.

November Story is a Tamil-language crime thriller series, which will be releasing on May 20, on Disney Hotstar VIP. Tamannaah Bhatia will be portraying Anuradha, an ethical hacker. The web series will tell us about how Anuradha tries to search for the truth after she finds a woman's dead body at her abandoned house. She finds her father Ganesan (G M Kumar), who has Alzheimer's beside the woman's body and does everything to prove his innocence.

Tamannaah Bhatia had a lot to say about her character, Anuradha, and described her as an "authentic" girl next door. She said that although she has always played the "girl next door", she has never done it in an authentic manner. She felt that she has always played a "glamorous" version of such a girl in her films.

She then added that Anuradha is "an everyday Chennai girl" who can pass off as anyone's neighbour. Bhatia also added that Anuradha is an ordinary person who does extraordinary things when placed in "extraordinary situations."
