Here's What We Know About Elite New Season Release

The announcement of Elite New Season Release happening soon has excited fans and they are speculating about the fate of their favourite characters in the next season. The recently-concluded season 5 of the Spanish thriller has left the audience boggled with the cliffhangers.  The series has amassed huge popularity with its engaging plot and interesting characters and occasional murders. Elite Season 5 returned on Netflix on April 8, 2022, while the show was already renewed for the sixth season back in October 2021. Elite follows the class conflict between students of Spanish elite high school Las Encinas. The much-loved show debuted on Netflix in 2018 and since then, it has become a sensation among the young audience. While the show majorly focuses on the teen drama, it also touches upon many progressive topics along with the cliché teen sexual themes.

Elite Season 5 was filled with drama, revelations as well as confusion. As expected, the season revolved around the investigation of Armando's murder, which mostly remains unresolved. On top of that, Samuel (Itzan Escamilla), who had been among the main characters since Season 1, has also lost his life amid all the drama.

The season further consisted complicated relationships, hook-ups, and break-ups along with new faces including Ivan Carvalho (André Lamoglia) and Isadora Artinan (Valentina Zenere). The upcoming season is expected to keep up with the trend of further drama and thrill as the fans are already suspecting about the plot of Season 6.

As Samuel is dead now (or is he?), we can expect an investigation around his suspected murder in the upcoming season. Whether Season 6 will be concluding the series or not, has not been confirmed by the makers yet.

Elite Season 6 Cast

Back in January 2022, it was confirmed by the makers that five new characters will join the cast of Elite Season 6. These include actors Carmen Arrufat, Álvaro de Juana, Ana Bokesa, Alex Pastrana, and Ander Puig. Ander Puig will join as the first trans main cast member of the series. There is no confirmation regarding who will return for the upcoming season. It is expected that Omar Ayuso, Claudia Salas, Georgina Amorós, Carla Díaz, Manu Rios, Martina Cariddi, Diego Martín, Pol Granch, Valentina Zenere, and André Lamoglia may reprise their roles in the Season 6.

According to reports, the filming for the new season started in February 2022. There is no confirmation regarding Elite new season release date as of yet. However, fans can expect the show to return in 2023.
