In a video shared on Instagram, Diljit and the crowd erupted in cheers as Deepika stepped onto the stage. The actor greeted the audience with a wave, bowed her head, and folded her hands in gratitude. She shared a warm hug with Diljit and even danced briefly with him, leaving the crowd thrilled.
Adding to the memorable moment, Deepika was seen teaching Diljit a sentence in Kannada. Diljit repeated the phrase to the audience amid loud cheers. Expressing his admiration for Deepika, Diljit said, "Kitna payara inhone kaam kiya hai. Humne inko bade parde par dekha hai. Kabhi socha na tha ki itni paas se dekhne ko milenge. Isn't it lovely that they have made a place for themselves in Bollywood?"
The singer continued to shower praise on Deepika, saying, "Itna accha, payara kaam kiya hai. Aap sab ko faqr hona chahiye; hum sabko faqr hai. Bahut bahut pyaar. Aap humare show pe aayi, bohot bohot shukriya, ma’am." Deepika responded with a bow and waved to the audience before exiting the stage.
