Indian Adaptation Of Elite, Class Trailer Is Out!

The Indian adaptation of the popular Netflix series Elite will be released soon. Class trailer was released yesterday and people have a lot to say about it. The series has an ensemble cast and a strong premise, now the audience will decide if it has turned out to be a worthy adaptation of the original series.

 The Indian adaptation of the popular Netflix series Elite will be released soon. Class trailer was out yesterday and people have a lot to say about it. The series has an ensemble cast and a strong premise, now the audience will decide if it has turned out to be a worthy adaptation of the original series.

Class is directed by Ashim Ahluwalia, this Indian version captures the same group of people in a school of people belonging from a higher social status and the differences they have among themselves. The series features a number of actors namely Gurfateh Pirzada, Anjali Sivaraman, Ayesha Kanga, Chayan Chopra, Chintan Rachchh, Cwaayal Singh, Madhyama Segal, Moses Koul, Naina Bhan, Piyush Khati and Zeyn Shaw.

Class Trailer Released

The trailer begins with the murder scene and throughout the video they keep referring to the search of the murderer as the police questions the school students. The students belong to a posh school in Delhi and the environment looks very unhealthy with bullying and substance abuse and a lot of violence. They introduce students who belong from a lower social strata and how they get mocked at and difficult to blend in with the rest. The ">show offers a murder mystery of a school student and a lot of drama that it brings in. Hampton International is not your regular school.

Reactions To Trailer

The trailer being part of an adaptation, it attracts a lot of comparisons with its original show. An Instagram user wrote, "The first thing i thought isn't it ELITE 😂😂" as she watched the trailer. Another person commented, "You can watch elite with hindi dubbed 😂". Some think that the show isn't a fitting representation of the country and school it claims to show, commented, "Problem doesn't lie in it being a remake,but it being unrelatable in an Indian scenario!!" While another wants to give the show a chance before deciding if its not a great outcome, commented, "Yes it's true the trailer look like elite but there is amazing fighting scene I am curious about it so iam giving one chance to class latest watch 1 episode of class then decide."
