Bhoot Police Teaser Out: Yami Gautam Says Trailer Will Be Out On August 18

Yami Gautam took to Instagram to share the first glimpses of Bhoot Police. Gautam, who will be seen playing the role of Maya in the film, wrote “Bajega bhooto ka band, jab aayenge Vibhooti and Chiraunji in their van.”

The makers have unveiled the teaser of the upcoming horror-comedy. Newlywed actor Yami Gautam took to Instagram to share the first glimpses of the film Bhoot Police. Gautam, who will be seen playing the role of Maya in the film, wrote, “Bajega bhooto ka band, jab aayenge Vibhooti and Chiraunji in their van.”

Gautam Dhar also informed fans that the trailer of the film will release on August 18. It is helmed by Pavan Kirpalani and produced by Akshai Puri and Ramesh Taurani. The teaser of Bhoot Police shows Saif Ali Khan’s whose 51st birthday today (August 16). To note, Khan is currently jetted off to the Maldives with his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan and sons Jehangir and Taimur Ali Khan. Check out the video here:

The video was also shared by Arjun Kapoor who will also be seen in the film. The video opens with a ghost mask and then shows a van in which Khan and Kapoor, who play ghosthunters Vibhooti and Chiraunji, are seated and heading towards the jungle in a spooky atmosphere. They seem to enjoy the ride while the background music keeps your interest hooked.

Bhoot Police follows the story of the ghost-hunting brothers Vibhooti (Saif Ali Khan) and Chiraunji (Arjun Kapoor). Earlier, the first looks of Gautam and Fernandez's characters were also shared online. Fernandez plays Kanika in the film. Kirpalani, the director, had said in a statement that it was thrilling to have worked with Khan and Kapoor for this entertaining feature.

The shooting of Bhoot Police kickstarted in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, in November last year. The following schedule was shot in Jaisalmer. Earlier, the film was scheduled to release in theatres on September 10, however, due to the ongoing pandemic, it will now release directly on OTT.
