Bheeshma Parvam Cast: Malayalam-language film Bheeshma Parvam is all set to release on OTT after its theatrical success. The film is directed by ace filmmaker Amal Neerad.

Bheeshma Parvam was highly acclaimed by the audience as the film hit theatres on March 3, 2022. The film is a crime-drama mystery with intelligent references from Hindu mythological text Mahabharata and American pop-culture film The Godfather. Bheeshma Parvam follows the story of an influential family of Kochi, Anjootti Kudumbam which disintegrates due to internal conflicts between the family members. The film crossed over 50 crores within one week of its release.

Lead actor Mammootty is seen playing the role of Michael as the head of the family. His performance has been highly appreciated along with the other actors in the film. The fans were eagerly waiting for the film as the actor and director Amal Neerad has worked together after a very long time and it can be easily said that the duo has not disappointed the fans at all.

Plot

Mammootty plays the role of the patriarch of the Anjootti family as Michael. A dangerous gangster in the 80s, he decides to change his ways and becomes a transporter in Kochi. After the death of his elder brother, he attempts to keep his family together with the support of his younger siblings and their children. However, there is a drastic change of events when his nephews Peter and Paul decide to challenge his control over their lives as they join hands with his enemies to take him down.

Bheeshma Parvam OTT Release

After its theatrical success, the film is set to make its entry on the OTT platform. Bheeshma Parvam will be released on Disney+ Hotstar on April 1. The OTT platform shared the news of the film's release with a Twitter post enclosed with a video. Bheeshma Parvam will be released on Disney+ Hotstar on April 1. The makers are expecting to reach a wider audience with an online release of the film.
