The trailer to Badhai Do starring Rajkumar Rao, Bhumi Pednekar in the main role was released on January 25, 2022, on the YouTube handle of Junglee Pictures.
It is a second installment to the Badhaai Ho movie which was released in 2018. The movie is expected to release in the theatre on February 11 and fans cannot wait to see the second part of the hit film - Badhaai Ho.
Badhaai Do Trailer Released-
The first part starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sanya Malhotra was a blockbuster hit. It took the topic of mid-age pregnancy and the societal stigma attached to it. Badhai Do will be directed by an Indian writer, director, and producer Harshvardhan Kulkarni who has been part of movies like Hasee To Phasee, Hunterr.
The movie will be co-produced by Vineet Jain and Amrita Pandey under the banner Junglee Films. As apparent in the trailer, the movie celebrates LGBTQI+ love stories wherein Bhumi Pednekar plays a girl who does not want to get married even after repeated requests by her parents.
However, Rao also plays a gay cop, and to undermine the societal pressure of the parents, he convinces Pednekar to marry him and satisfy both their parents. In the pretext of marriage, they could then lead a life as a flat-mate and enjoy their freedom.

Other than Pednekar and Rao, casts also include Sheeba Chaddha, Lovleen Mishra, Seema Pahwa, Nitesh Pandey, Shashi Bhushan, Chum Darang, and Deepak Arora. Sharing the trailer on her social media profile, Pednekar added, "It is one of those films that came out way, touched our hearts in a way we can't explain. Some of the journeys are meant to be remembered forever. Ab aap dekho trailer and humein #badhai do."
Rajkumar Rao was last seen in Hum Do Humare Do with Kriti Sanon in 2021. Pednekar's last release was Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare where she starred with Konkona Sen Sharma
