The first song from the movie Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor, has been released. Titled Hua Main, the music video features Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna eloping.

The video starts with Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna seated in front of her family at her home. It's evident that her family is strongly opposed to their relationship, with her mother and brother referring to her as a 'besharam ladki' (shameless girl) for choosing someone like Kapoor. Despite her family's disapproval, the couple seems unfazed and shares a kiss right in front of her family, including the kids.

This time, Kapoor gets a private jet like Christian Grey and has the passion of Kabir Singh, who was known for kissing while on the go. In Animal, Kapoor sweeps Geeta, his love interest, away on a private jet, where they share more romantic moments, even taking control of the plane.

The following morning, they land in a mountainous area for their secret wedding. She wears a simple red and white saree, while he wears a white kurta pyjama. They exchange garlands at a temple and tie the knot.

The song, titled Hua Main, is written by Manoj Muntashir Shukla and sung by Raghav Chaitanya and Pritam. In contrast to its posters, the song's description properly credits the female lead, songwriters, and singers.

The poster released yesterday depicted the two actors in the cockpit of an aircraft, kissing while soaring over snow-covered mountains. The song is titled Hua Main in Hindi, Ammayi in Telugu, Nee Vaadi in Tamil, Oh Baale in Kannada, and Pennaale in Malayalam.

Animal Song 'Hua Main' Poster

Rashmika Mandanna announced the poster on her Instagram and mentioned that the song is set to be released on Wednesday, October 11. Notably, the song poster credits the film's director, Sandeep Reddy Vanga, and the male lead, Ranbir Kapoor, but Mandanna’s name is conspicuously absent.

The exclusion of Mandanna’s name from the song poster did not go unnoticed by fans, who expressed their surprise and disappointment on social media. Some fans questioned why the music director or the singer was not credited when announcing the song's release.

It's noteworthy to mention that there have been previous cases where female actors have faced issues related to their credits and visibility in film promotions. A recent example involved Ananya Panday, whose name was notably absent from most posters and had limited visibility during the promotional activities for Dream Girl 2, where Ayushmann Khurrana played the lead role.

Additionally, the film Mission Mangal sparked controversy for giving Akshay Kumar a more prominent placement on the poster compared to his female co-stars. These incidents underscore the importance of ensuring equal recognition and representation for female actors within the film industry.

Meanwhile, Animal also features Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, and Tripti Dimri in prominent roles. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on December 1st, releasing in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. The teaser of the movie offered a glimpse of Anil Kapoor portraying Ranbir's father, highlighting their troubled relationship, along with a glimpse of Bobby Deol in the role of the main antagonist.
