Bollywood's latest romantic drama Saiyaara has become a breakout hit within its opening weekend. Who is Aneet Padda?

At 22, Padda's emotional depth and screen presence in the Mohit Suri film have captured the audience. The Amritsar-born actress entered the entertainment world as a teen model and made her film debut as Nandini in Salaam Venky (2022). She has previously worked with actors like Kajol, Vishal Jethwa, Rahul Bose, Revathi, Aahana Kumra, and others.

Soon after her debut, Padda delivered a standout performance in the Amazon Prime Video series Big Girls Don't Cry (2024), playing Roohi Ahuja, a teenage girl navigating academic and social expectations. She is also a singer and released her debut single Masoom, which was featured in the show. Later, Padda acted in the show Yuva: Sapno Ka Safar (2024).

Before Saiyaara's release, Yash Raj Films shared a glimpse of Padda's role as Vaani in the film.
