Here is Panday’s list of things to do this Valentine’s Day instead of lamenting about your breakup-

1. Love Yourself

"Honestly, I always say you should rebound with yourself after a break-up, use the opportunity to fall even more in love with yourself."

It’s important to take time for yourself and learn to put yourself first. Indulge in activities that bring you joy such as re-watching your favourite show or making your comfort food. Spending quality time with yourself gives you space to grown and learn.

Panday suggested that one should, “Treat yourself to a spa day, take a solo trip, dance to every Beyonce and Taylor Swift track, or spend time with friends. I always dance it out after a break-up.”

2. Open Yourself Up To Other Romantic Prospects

Don’t take a bad breakup as a sign to stop the search for love. Take some time for yourself but then get out there and enjoy yourself. Life doesn’t stop and neither should you.

“You will kiss many many frogs before you find your prince or princess charming.”

3. Move On The Way You Deem Fit

Everyone has their own process and moves on in their own way. Whatever method works for you is valid, from internet stalking to weeping into a pillow. Turns out that Panday is the type to internet stalk her ex after a breakup. She shared that –

"I am the biggest jasoos (spy) on planet Earth. I start with one profile, then go to their aunt's, find out their mother's height, their rashi (zodiac sign) - anything you'd want to know."
