The National Film Development Corporation of India announced the winners of the 71st National Film Awards, celebrating best of Indian cinema.

The National Film Development Corporation of India announced the winners of the 71st National Film Awards on August 1, celebrating the best of Indian cinema from 2023. Rani Mukerji won Best Actress for Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway; Vikrant Massey and Shah Rukh Khan share the Best Actor honour for 12th Fail and Jawan respectively. Sudipto Sen's The Kerala Story and Ramkumar Balakrishnan's Parking won several honours. Sam Bahadur, starring Vicky Kaushal, and Rocky Aur Ranii Ki Prem Kahaani, starring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh, also earned acclaim.
