Girls Less Physically Active Than Boys, Says WHO Study

A recent study led by WHO observed trends in adolescent inactivity from 2001-20016. The results showed how adolescents across 146 countries lacked the necessary physical activity in their daily lives. Furthermore, the study shows that girls are less physically active as the prevalence of physical inactivity among boys decreased from 80% to 78% but there was no change in those figures for girls( stuck at 85%).
