Karnataka PUC 2 Exam 2021: Karnataka's final year pre-university exam or class 12 exam will be starting from May 24 and will continue till June 16. The time-table for the same has also been released.
Candidates can now check the timetable on the official website pue.kar.nic.in.
Tentative timetable of Karnataka PUC 2 Exam 2021 was released on January 29
Suresh Kumar, the primary and secondary education minister of the state said that they had released the tentative timetable of the exam on January 29. This was done into to take into account parents' and students' concerns regarding the schedule of the exam. "A few students and parents approached the department directly about the clash of final exams with other competitive exams. Hence, we had to rework the schedule and have announced the final timetable for PUC-2," he said.
The first paper for the pre-university exam or PUC-2 will be History and the last paper will be a paper related to Kannada.
The minister has also informed that the schedule for the SSLC final exam will be released very soon. He said that they had released the exams tentative schedule earlier, but a lot of parents raised objections against it. The Karnataka State Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) has already started working on making the necessary changes to it. According to the tentative schedule, the SSLC exam was to be conducted between June 14 to 25.
