Are You A Woman Juggling Multiple Roles? This Is A Must-Watch

Stop Glorifying Struggle

Yuvika Abrol emphasised the importance of shifting away from glorifying struggle and instead embracing self-acceptance. She highlighted how societal norms often romanticise hardship, which can lead to unnecessary stress.

"I think we've always glorified struggle. Since the past, we used to cross the river to study. Our parents used to go and study in the streetlight. So, we've always glorified struggle. I think we should just stop glorifying struggle and start accepting that it's not the struggle that will make you complete."

Abrol suggests that taking time for oneself, even if it's just a few minutes a day, is essential for both mental and physical health.

"It's just accepting yourself, checking in with yourself, and also just taking that time out, maybe an hour or even five minutes, whatever works for you, just prioritizing yourself and giving that equal amount of importance that we feel others deserve. I think we'll be mentally sorted, mentally and physically both."

Focus on Wellness Over Weight

Priyank Mehta offered a refreshing take on fitness, moving away from the obsession with weight loss. Instead, he advocates for a holistic approach that emphasises overall wellness through healthy habits.

"When it comes to fitness, everybody wants to lose weight, lose fat. But I think of fitness as totally opposite. I think fitness is more fruits, more veggies, more activity, more water, and more life every day. You will never overeat or binge on an apple. You'll never overdrink water. You'll never overdo it and work out. So, go out there and live your life to the maximum and don't worry about the numbers on the scale. They'll take care of themselves."

Let Go of Guilt

Tisca Chopra addressed a common issue many women face, guilt. Whether it's about balancing work and home life or social obligations, she encourages women to release these feelings and focus on what truly makes them happy.

"Women's biggest issue is that if we're working, we're guilty about not giving enough time at home. If we're too much at home, we're guilty about not giving enough to work. If we're not with our friends, then we're not a girl's girl. And if we are, you know, I mean, so on and so forth. It's just endless. This constant guilt that we live with. I think, just relax into your life. YOLO."

Chopra advocates for living fully and finding joy in the small moments. "You only live once, really, truly. And if you look back at the end of, I mean, wherever you are, and you look back at where you were and you see the times that you've been genuinely happy and what's given you happiness, then just go back to those things or find new things that make you happy. Travel, eat, look after your physical self and mental self, and, of course, have a bunch of mad friends like I do."
