In the video, the street performer, identified as Andrew, is seen playing and singing Billy Joel's "Piano Man" on a sidewalk in Athens, GA, as a crowd gathers around him. During his performance, a young woman approaches him and rudely slams her hand down on the piano keys, despite the crowd urging her to stop.

Later in the evening, the same woman returns with a group of friends and repeats the action, causing the entire piano to crash to the ground with a loud noise. She also appears to take money from the performer's collection cup before walking away.

Andrew, the street performer, expresses his frustration in a voice-over, stating that this was one of the worst things someone has done to him while street performing. He confronts the woman, but she argues back, and her friends can be heard laughing in the background.
