A prominent plastic surgeon in the United States is facing multiple allegations of misconduct, including performing an unauthorised vaginal enhancement procedure and engaging in inappropriate behaviour with a staff member. According to a report by The New York Post, former patients and employees have made serious allegations against him, including performing an unauthorized vagina-lifting procedure and forcing an employee to call him “Daddy.”
Unauthorised Vagina-lift, Sexual Harassment: US Plastic Surgeon Faces Serious Allegations
A former patient revealed that she had visited Pincus in 2021 for a tummy tuck but ended up undergoing a procedure she had never heard of, a mons lift, which alters the position of the pubic area. She claimed she was never informed about this surgery before it was performed. After the procedure, she said Pincus told her, "You had a very low vagina, so I had to lift it up."
The patient, who initially chose him based on his impressive online ratings, now says the experience has left her traumatised. She claims she will have to spend $40,000 to correct the damage caused by the unapproved surgery.
Sexual Harassment Claims
One of the lawsuits has been filed by a former employee, who accused Pincus of sexually inappropriate behaviour. She alleged that he groped her, lifted her skirt to expose her underwear, and commanded her to "come sit on daddy’s lap." She also recalled an incident where, after performing a breast augmentation on her, he allegedly said, "I can touch them whenever I want. I created you, and I own you." The employee further claimed that after she left his clinic, Pincus harassed her online and even sent messages to her husband.
In another case, a patient alleged that Pincus made an inappropriate remark during their consultation. She said he told her, "I’ll just take you home with me, and we’ll talk about this when we wake up in bed every morning." Additionally, a lawsuit dating back to 2020 accused the surgeon of making inappropriate comments about a 15-year-old intern, the daughter of one of his employees.
Medical Negligence Claims
Another patient alleged that Pincus ignored clear signs of infection after her 2022 breast reduction surgery, leading to severe medical complications. Her lawyer told The New York Post that she developed sepsis and necrosis (tissue death) because of his negligence. She reportedly required multiple emergency surgeries, including draining abscesses and undergoing skin grafts from her thigh to her breasts.
Pincus Responds
Pincus has denied all allegations and has dismissed the lawsuits as "baseless and frivolous." His attorney stated, "Pincus is determined to wage a punishing defense against this bad faith attempt to tarnish his hard-earned reputation, without compromise." In his own statement, Pincus said, "I refuse to be the victim of extortion." He defended his career, stating that he has treated over 7,000 patients and has "thousands and thousands of happy reviews."
Pincus is known for his high-profile lifestyle, living in a nearly $3 million mansion in Long Island and driving a $300,000 Lamborghini. His clinic had a strong reputation online with five-star reviews, but these recent lawsuits have cast serious doubts over his medical ethics and behaviour.
