While it's believed that the show has come to an end, some theories suggest it was just the season finale and not the series finale, expecting a prequel or more from the makers. Let us understand further what people thought of the finale.

Ted Lasso

This American sports comedy-drama show is especially for the ones who enjoy and understand the good spirits of sports and emotions knitted around any sportsmen's spirits.

The show is named after the mediocre American college football team coach Ted Lasso played by Jason Sudeikis who is hired by a British soccer team for (a fictional) English Premier League for being inexperienced intending the team to doom, but how Ted Lasso throughout the series built up proves everyone and himself wrong through his folksy, good-spirited leadership.

This March, the beloved series was renewed with a third season, which has won many hearts, but some were also critical of it. Let us know why.

One of the Twitter users says how great the show was stating the first feeling she had as the credits rolled was gratitude, saying "What a beautiful, beautiful show and gift to the world" She also says "Make art that makes people say 'thank you' when it's done."

While most fans say how the finale made them emotional as one of the tweets said: "Finale was enough to make a grown man cry." adding "an incredibly satisfying, beautiful, and heart-warming closure to the show, which is full of life, heart, and radiates comfort like nothing else."

While some fans loved the romantic equations of the show, saying how none of the four couples romantic love, "Not many shows spend this kind of time developing platonic relationships." on the other hand some other fans completely found it bizarre and hated it for why Ted-Rebecca ship was built up but not futile.

Few other critics hate the show stating it to be "bafflingly disappointing", and think how the show was conveniently wrapped up. One other Twitter user says "I know Jason Sudeikis loves/hates bad comments, so here's one for him: I'm devastated. He ruined an AMAZING show. The season finale was lazy and poorly written. Not only the characters deserved better but the fans deserved better."

Conclusion

Though different people have different opinions, most people loved the show on the internet saying how it will be a comfort zone and taking them through the pandemic.
