As more shocking revelations pop up in the recently released Jeffrey Epstein documents, Hillary Clinton was named in the latest released list. The former US Secretary of State was named as one of the "thirteen specific witnesses" by Virginia Giuffre, a survivor who sued Epstein. While Bill Clinton was named a shockingly high number of times in these documents, the former first lady's name has only surfaced in the third extensive list of names associated with the convicted sex offender and paedophile.

Hillary Clinton's name is mentioned once in a 2016 document submitted by the lawyers of Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's accomplice. Clinton is accused of being one of the witnesses present while Virginia Giuffre was being sexually abused by Epstein.

More Details Revealed in Epstein Documents

Hundreds of names associated with Jeffrey Epstein have been revealed in court documents which remained sealed for years until this week. A New York judge revealed the names of celebrity personalities and dignitaries like former US Presidents Bill Clinton and Donald Trump, Prince Andrew, magical David Copperfield, model Naomi Campbell, and more in the documents.

The third set of documents was unsealed on Friday, revealing more jarring details about Epstein's conviction. The financier allegedly paid over $200 to women and many minor girls in exchange for sexual favours. He and his ex-girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell, were known to take the women and girls to an island owned by him, where he would sexually abuse them.

Many celebrities frequented the island, infamously named after him as 'Epstein Island' or 'Island of Sin', and witnessed the acts, therefore being named in the documents. Hillary Clinton is one among these witnesses, including Michael Jackson and scientist Stephen Hawking.

However, Clinton's name was mentioned only once in 2016. That year, she was also named in a hoax conspiracy theory called Pizzagate, which alleged that the New York Police Department had uncovered a paedophilia ring orchestrated by her Democratic Party.

The latest released documents included additional excerpts of testimonies from people who worked for Epstein, including one from film producer Harvey Weinstein. Weinstein was sentenced to 16 years in prison after a jury convicted him of the 2013 rape and assault of an Italian actress and model.

Epstein got away with sexually abusing women and girls for nearly two decades until he was arrested in Florida in 2005. He died of suicide in a New York correctional centre in 2019, ahead of his trial.
