Police Officer Helps Elderly Woman On Road, Wins Hearts

An image of a female police officer helping an elderly woman lying on the side of the road has won hearts. The kindness displayed by the officer has received countless praise.

The incident took place at Tenukheda, Damod, Madhya Pradesh. Sub-Inspector Surubhi posted at the Tenukheda police station helped the elderly woman who was lying on the ground and took her to the health centre.

The police officer helped her receive treatment, got her new clothes as her old clothes were torn, and gave her fruits.

Officer Surubhi also dropped her off safely at her home, where the elderly woman lives alone.

The Police Superintendent (SP) of Damoh released the photos on Twitter, and netizens praised the female cop.

Sub-inspector Surubhi of Tendukheda police department noticed the 80-year-old woman laying on the roads. Surubhi escorted the woman to Tendukheda Community Health Clinic after noticing she was seriously ill.
