Influencer Baiduri posted the video with the caption, "We are the introverted type! So we bought all the seats." The video shows Baiduri sitting on a seat, munching popcorn and waiting for the film to start while the entire hall is empty. She has not disclosed the name of the cinema hall but from the video, it can be said that there are ten rows, and each row has 16 seats.

As per a report, each seat costs between RM11 (around ₹ 198) and RM35 (Rs 630) for movies, so in total, it could have cost her any amount between RM1,760 (Rs 31,713) and RM5,600 (Rs1,00,897).

Baiduri runs a beauty brand.

Mixed reactions to the video

As far as the reactions to her video are concerned, they are diverse spreading across multiple opinions. Some users claimed that she went too far while others say that she is flaunting her wealth. But there is another group of users who identify as introverts and say that she did the right thing.

One user wrote, "'My introvert is shaking." Another user wrote, "If I could afford it, I would do this too. I would not hear the sound of children making noise when they are unattended to by their parents or people chatting,." While a third user claimed, "Another way to say ‘I am Rich.''

Influencer says that it was a joke

However, later Baiduri clarified the intention behind posting the video and said that it was intended to be a joke. She further added, "I made the video caption in jest... Suddenly, it became viral, so I left it at that. Netizens can say whatever they want like I'm just showing off or I'm being pretentious and claiming to be an introvert, but I'll still forgive them. It was quite fun watching netizens fight in the comments section. That's why I let things be. They're quite funny."

What do you think? Was buying the entire cinema hall a wise decision to deal with introvertness? Or we should allow the influencer the freedom to make her decision? After all, it is her money, her hard work and her time.
