They know how to party and so no surprise that the The Opening Ceremony at Rio 2016 was a display of flamboyant colour and energy. Brazil, the first South American country to host the Olympics, used the start of the Games to tell a version of the country’s history. India's best athletes, present there in a full force, are all set for a spectacular run at #Rio2016. Led by Abhinav Bindra, the country's Olympian flag bearer - he was accompanied by some of India's finest sportspersons.

Must mentions here include Gaurika Singh, the youngest Indian Olympian to be at 13, Aditi Ashok the youngest to play Olympics in golf, Dipa Karmakar who will be competing in the Women’s Vaulting Table event and became the first Indian woman gymnast to qualify for Olympics. And many others.
