Meet Stand-up Comedian Punya Arora, The Co-writer Of Masaba Masaba

The Netflix original series Masaba Masaba will now be back with a bang with its second season. Punya Arora, a stand-up comedian will once again be a part of the show's writing team, along with Nandini Gupta, and Anisha Raisurana. The first season of the series had premiered on Netflix on 28 August 2020, in which Arora had made an appearance as a stand-up comic. Now with the new season coming up we are looking forward to more twists and turns in the lives of Masaba Gupta and Neena Gupta.

1. Punya Arora is a stand-up comedian,  photographer, and writer who describes herself as a 'Punjabi by nature and South-Indian at heart.'
2. Arora was raised by her single mother in Bengaluru.
3. She completed her schooling from Baldwin Girls High School and got a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Sri Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain College, Karnataka in 2009. Arora then went on to complete her post-graduation diploma in professional photography from the Light and Life academy in 2010.
4. Punya is the owner and photographer at StudioPuns in Bengaluru. She specialises in people, editorial, fashion, and underwater photography.
5. She is also a visiting faculty at Light and Life academy, Ooty.
6. As a comedian, she is the creator of Ms. Lizzie, a comic character who has a comic response to all the latest happenings.
7. The young lady had also come up with her own comedy show called Meri Maa Ki in 2019.
8. Her work has been recognised by Buzzfeed, Huffington Post India, etc.
9. She now has a YouTube channel for all her comedy stunts. It has gained over 34.6K followers.
10. Punya Arora's favourite food is Biryani.
