Mumbai: Mother, Newborn Die From C-Section Under Torchlight

A pregnant mother and her baby have died after doctors at a Mumbai hospital carried out a Caesarian delivery using a cellphone torch. Members of her family have been protesting outside the hospital for days and BMC has finally ordered an inquiry.
