Gujarati actor Happy Bhavsar passed away today after battling lung cancer at the age of 45. The news shattered the Gujarati cinema industry, and many of them are still processing it. On social media, Gujarati celebrities like Parth Bharat Thakar, Hetal Thakkar, and Khushi Shah have offered condolences for the grieving family.
Actor Parth Bharat Thakkar wrote. "Happy Gone too soon, Your first words were Jai Shri Krishna always and I still cherish the memories of Shyamali. I am in utter shock! Always smiling, always laughing! May god bless your soul and give strength to the family. Om Shanti." Khushi Shah expressed "Industry ne ek achi insaan aur adakara kho di hai still can't believe, RIP Bhagwan gharvalo ko shakti de."
Niilam Paanchal took the actor's picture to her Instagram story and wrote, "This is hard to believe, stay Happy wherever you are."
Who Was Happy Bhavsar?
Happy Bhavsar is an Indian actor and dubbing artist who mainly works in Gujarati films. She did her schooling at Vishwabharti School in the Thaltej area of Ahmedabad. Even though Bhavsar was interested in the arts, she studied Commerce in Class 11-12 to be with her friends. However, after her father's persuasion, she did her graduation in Arts.
Happy Bhavsare also started doing plays during her college days. She won the best actor award for the play Mahatma Bomb during her graduation. After graduation, Bhavsar did a degree in audio-visual from Gujarat Vidyapith and drama from Gujarat College.

She made her commercial debut with Doordarshan's film Shyamali. Shyamali was based on a love triangle, and she played 'Lajja' in it. After Shyamali, she did serials like Happy Mara Sajanji and Mari Athshi Bhinjai. She was a part of more than 500 shows of the famous play Preet Piune Panetar with Ragi Jani and Saunak Vyas.
She made her film debut in the Gujarati film Premji: Rise of a Warrior in 2015. She also appeared in the Gujarati films Montu Ni Bittu and Mrugtrushna. Also, she was very popular for her Gujarati daily soaps. She was married to Gujarati actor, singer, and musician Maulik Nayak. She gave birth to two daughters, Krishna and Krishnavi.
